Development of floor scale:
Common floor scales are generally mechanical floor scales that use the principle of leverage and are purely mechanically constructed, also called mechanical floor scales. With the maturity of high precision load cell technology, mechanical floor scales are gradually being replaced by electronic floor scales with high precision, good stability and easy operation.
Working principle:
The four fulcrums at the lower end of the electronic floor scale body are respectively connected with four shear beam load cell. The weight sensor is pressed to generate analog electrical signals. The digital-to-analog converter converts the generated pressure analog signals into corresponding digital signals, and then transmits them to the display. The corresponding weight data is displayed.

Electronic floor scale structure: The standard configuration is mainly composed of three main parts: load-bearing force transmission mechanism (scale body), bending beam loadcells, and weighing display instrument, which can complete the basic weighing function of the electronic floor scale. According to user requirements, printers, large-screen displays, and computer management systems can be selected to complete higher-level data management and transmission needs.
