Aluminum alloy single point load cells are commonly used in weighting equipment for small to medium loads up to 5 tons. They are found in platform scales, conveyor scales, hopper scales or dosing scales. Single-point load cells are also used in lift overweight alarm systems or to measure compressive forces.
